Phones are answered 8:30 AM – 4:00 pm DAILY, and closed between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM for lunch.

*Please note that during COVID, we are not able to hold our regular walk-in injection clinics.  If you need an injection that is essential, please contact our office to schedule a time when you can have this administered by one of our nurses.*
